Why this Matters:

While internal to the City, this goal can provide residents with information regarding efficiency and innovation within the City. High vacancy rates interrupt workflows and limit the ability for departments to achieve goals. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds inject resources into the community and the dollar amount sent out the door reflects the work of various City departments collaborating. Positive customer service ratings reflect effective communication and responsiveness, while also allowing for areas of improvement to be discovered.
