Identify and Implement technology that supports a citywide fire code enforcement system. This takes into account that the best solution for fire damages and losses is the prevention of fire.
Create a program that recruits, develops, and retains a diverse and talented workforce.
Deliver targeted safety programs to improve resident outcomes. This includes fire prevention and wellness activities designed to meet specific neighborhood needs or challenges.
Develop a 3 to 5 year plan for fire department staffing and resource needs. This includes additional stations or apparatus, as well as additional firefighters or support staff.
Improve the Level of Trust of Public Safety Officials through a Commitment to Transparency
