Resident Satisfaction with Infrastructure
The City has set a high standard that all infrastructure related items will reach 65% satisfaction in the Resident Satisfaction Survey.
This measure takes into account a variety of City assets including parks, streets, sewer, and water. While most infrastructure performance measures increased - critical services such as sewer and water continue to meet or exceed performance expectations for all safety standards as well as permits they must acquire.
The new satisfaction ratings will be compared to the past data and an implementation plan will be developed with the help of department directors, who will address any opportunities that are revealed.
