This performance measure has remained relatively stable over the past five surveys, with a high of 72% in 2015. The goal is to begin seeing steady increases over the next ten years by continuing to learn from the Resident Survey and applying lessons learned to service delivery.
Next Steps
The City will continue to implement initiatives and programs that address City of Durham residents' top priorities and support the goals of the Strategic Plan. As the City's customer service and service delivery continue to improve, so will residents' overall quality of life.
