Resident Satisfaction with Infrastructure
The City has set a high standard of 65% for all infrastructure related items to reach per the resident Satisfaction Survey.
This measure takes into account a variety of City assets including parks, streets, sewer, and water. While most infrastrastructure measures increased, critical services such as sewer and water continue to meet or exceed all safety standards and permits they must acquire.
The new satisfaction ratings will be compared to the past data below and an implementation plan will be developed with the help of department directors to address any opportunities that are revealed.
