To achieve 60% of residents satisfied or very satisfied with their experience engaging with the City per the Resident Satisfaction Survey.
In 2018, 49% of residents that took the survey were satisfied with City engagement efforts, an increase of 6% from the prior year.
Departments have identified the work they are doing around Resident Survey results. The work outlined in the initiatives in the engagement objective will help increase the City's ability to engage and empower residents. With the introduction of Participatory Budgeting, the hope is that more residents would be engaged in local government.
